At least in regards to the recently foiled Canadian terror plot.

FireFox has a better version of the "Find" feature than Explorer, so I put it to use. In that two page article, the author drops a form of the word allege 7 times, and apparent once.

Now check out this 5-pager from Newsweek about Haditha. Allegations pops up one time.

Both investigations are still on-going, but one obviously more concrete than the other according to Newsweek.

Raise your hand if you're shocked they're giving the benefit of the doubt to terrorists.
