BBC: Keepin' The Lie Alive About Climate Change

First, there's the complicated issue of "getting the message out" at the Montreal climate change talks.

The even greater challenge will be to find any of the 8,000 or so participants who can explain to the rest of the world what on earth has been going on.

Then we have the environuts bringing the world together.

Human nature is destructive and as such environmental change is indeed inevitable.

And of course, using the ever popular "majority" argument.

I'd like to think we may be doing our little bit to add to the cacophony around the world in our anger at President Bush still distancing himself from what the rest of us throughout the world believe is absolutely necessary.

Emphasis mine. Maybe if you could replace "believe" with "know" and not be lying, I'd be willing to take a listen. But the majority of the world also "believes" Jesus walked the Earth. They can't prove it though. It's all a matter of faith.

Much like the environmental cause.
