Mooning has been declared legal. And thank God for that.

I really don't think this can be seen as anything other than a huge milestone in the advancement of gay civil rights. Had the verdict come out differently, gay pride parades throughout the nation would be reduced to a one-man drag show atop a solitary rainbow float.


And let's be honest.... Hasn't the persecution of folks like this guy gone on long enough?
